Commissions Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

GENERAL TERMS

-
My average turnaround time is 2 days - 3 months depending on the
size of your commission and length of my queue. My queue will only
ever be up to 10 people so that I don't cause any burnout and can get to
everyone in a timely manner.

If you come to me with a chicken character or chicken related
commission, you are given 20% off of your price total! The chicken(s)
must be the main focus and/or theme for this discount to apply. 🐓

Full payment must be paid upfront, payment plans are allowed for
any commission over $100. I will, under no circumstances, send the full sized file while I'm owed any amount of money.

I take payment through PayPal and Cashapp.
-
You will be given 24 hours to pay for your commission slot after a
sketch is shown or a quote is given. Non-payment will result in a
cancellation.

REGARDING REFERENCES

-
A clear and concise visual reference must be provided by the
client. I can work with additional descriptions of details not yet
added to the reference, such as changes to design, but they must be
clear to understand.
-
Commissioning anything of a not-yet-designed character will
result in an additional fee. Said fee will depend on the complexity
of the character.

All listed prices in my commission section are base prices. They’re
prone to change depending on character, background and overall piece
complexity.

I am very communicative and will send you a lot of progress shots.
Slow responses to updates where I require approval to continue (detailed
sketch, linework, full colors done) will only delay your commission as I will
not progress further without it.

DISCLAIMERS

-
These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT
applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for
the client’s personal purposes.

I have the right to deny your commission.
-
I have the right to cancel your commission, for any reason at any stage of
completion (an appropriate refund will be issued).
-
Minor changes may be requested. Major changes after an approved
sketch may incur additional fees, unless the change is a mistake on my
part.

I own the rights to the artwork and am allowed to post commissions,
WIPs, PSD files, and speed paints to appropriate social media websites,
as well as use them for promotional purposes. (Unless the art is meant as
an emotional vent piece, in which case I will keep the art private until given
the okay.)

I will not tolerate any unruly behavior, harassment of any kind will
result in being blacklisted and blocked.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

●
Major changes after the approved sketch phase may cost an additional
$5-50+ per change, unless the change is a mistake on my part. Complete
re-do's withdraw their ownership of the previously approved sketch.
●
Detailed/Complex characters (wings, extra limbs, armor, complex
markings, etc.) may be subject to a +10% complexity fee.
●
Lack of reference or poor reference (ex. uncolored sketch, game
screenshots, unclear reference images) may be subjected to a character
design fee that varies depending on circumstance.
●
Private commissions will require you to pay an additional 50% of your
service total. Private commissions will not be posted or advertised in any
way.
●
Rush commissions, completed within 48 hours (depending your ability to
respond to sketch approval), will require you to pay an additional 50% of
your service total.

REFUND POLICY

-
Payments are 100% refundable up until the start of the commission.

I have the right to reuse any rejected sketches and poses from your
commission, or from commissions that were refunded.
-
I do not accept refunds after the approval of the final sketch.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

The commissioner is allowed to;
-
Re-post the artwork.
-
Print the artwork for personal use.
-
Promote yourself with the artwork.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. This
includes, but is not limited to, being used in blockchain related
technologies, including non fungible tokens.

Using my artwork in any AI related project or work.
-
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
-
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-
Altering the artwork outside of cropping and resizing the piece for
icons, headers, banners, etc.
